- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and sale items are non-returnable.

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return shipping.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If you prefer an exchange, please let us know during the return process. Availability of exchanges is subject to stock.
