1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- After processing, your order will be shipped out and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within a week.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 4-7 working days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 working days.
International Shipping: We ship to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.
We also have a dedicated tracking page on our website where you can easily check the status of your package. Simply visit Track your parcel to enter your tracking number and view updates on your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
5. Customs and Import Duties (for International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These additional charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Footage Fashion is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges that may occur.
